MedExperts.ch is a team of independent university professors of medicine, inter alia, forensic medicine. This team is actve in Switzerland and domiciled in Bern.

MedExperts.ch offers law courts, attorneys and insurance companies the following services:

• Consultation and support in court processes, out-of-court settlements and administrative proceedings;

• Selection and co-ordination (including time management) of experts in various fields (information platform for searching appropriate experts); recommendations for experts questions;

• Form and factual assessment of medical opinions (peer review);

• Own expert opinions;

• Consultation in the fields of patient protection and error management.
  

Experience proves that consultation and support of attorneys and insurance companies in proceedings before law courts are often lacking when medical issues are involved. The risk of judgement errors is high. Experience furthermore proves that the selection of competent , independent experts is in many cases not safeguarded and purely coincidental and that the timely presentation of medical opinions is chaotic. A large amount of medical opinions does not comply with form and factual requirements.

In the interest of legal protection, MedExperts.ch strives to lay a better foundation fot the processing of claims regarding medial issues, particularly in respect of medical errors and malpractice.

MedExperts.ch furthermor strives to improve patient protection and demand the correct handling of errors, particularly in hospitals.
